The group members that previously exercised joint-control over Abunda SR, LLC, have decided to dissolve this entity. As such, Abunda SR can no longer be seen as the representative of the group members, prompting this disclosure. Two of the group members, Malaysian Life Sciences Capital Fund Ltd and Malaysian Technology Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd, individually exceed the 3% threshold and will disclose this in separate filings with SIX. Abunda SR, LLC, aims, amongst others, at representing its members (the individual group members) and facilitating the acquisition by the individual group members of the financial instruments and, at the conversion of the financial instruments, shares in Evolva Holding SA. Abunda SR, LLC, is managed by a board of managers that is appointed by the group members.
