Barberry Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Barberry"), is the sole member of Hopper. Mr. Carl C. Icahn is the sole shareholder of Barberry. Icahn Onshore LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Icahn Onshore"), is the general partner of Icahn Partners LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware. Icahn Capital LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Icahn Capital"), is the general partner of Icahn Onshore. Icahn Offshore LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Icahn Offshore"), is the general partner of Icahn Master Partners Master Fund LP, Icahn Partners Master Fund II L.P. and Icahn Partners Master Fund III L.P., each such fund a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware. Icahn Capital is the general partner of Icahn Offshore. IPH GP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("IPH"), is the general partner of Icahn Capital. Icahn Enterprises Holdings L.P., a limited part-nership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Icahn Enterprises Holdings"), is the sole member of IPH. Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Icahn Enterprises GP"), is the general partner of Icahn Enterprises Holdings. Icahn Enterprises GP is also the general partner of Icahn Enterprises LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Icahn Enterprises"). Icahn Enterprises is the sole limited partner of Icahn Enterprises Holdings. Beckton Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware ("Beckton"), is the sole stockholder of Icahn Enterprises GP. Mr. Carl C. Icahn is the sole stockholder of Beckton. In addition, Mr. Icahn is the indirect holder of approximately 89.4% of the outstanding depository units representing limited partnership interests in Icahn Enterprises. Ms. Golden owns no other securities of Transocean Ltd. Mr. Icahn, by virtue of his relationship to Ms. Golden, may be deemed to indirectly own, or to have indirectly acquired, these shares.
