("Inmaculada") with registered office at Calle La Colonia 180, Santiago de Surco, Lima 33, Peru. 100% of Inmaculada's share capital is held by Compania Minera Ares S.A.C. ("CMA") with registered office at Calle La Colonia 180, Santiago de Surco, Lima 33, Peru. 99.99% of CMA's share capital is held by Hochschild Mining (Peru) S.A. ("HM") with registered office at Calle La Colonia 180, Santiago de Surco, Lima 33, Peru. 99.99% of HM's share capital is held by Hochschild Mining Holdings Limited ("HMHL") with registered office at 46 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom. 100% of HMHL's share capital is held by Hochschild Mining plc ("HM plc") with registered office at 46 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom. Eduardo Hochschild has an aggregate interest of 54.29% of HM plc's share capital through the following two chains of ownership: a) 49.69% of HM plc's share capital is beneficially owned by Pelham Investment Corporation ("PIC") with registered office at 190 Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1- 9005, Cayman Islands. 100% of PIC's share capital is beneficially owned by Dona Limited ("DL") with registered office at 190 Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1- 9005, Cayman Islands. 100% of DL's share capital is controlled by Eduardo Hochschild of Lima, Peru. b) 4.6% of HM plc's share capital is beneficially owned by Inversiones Pacasmayo S.A.
