Conditions

With recommendation of the Disclosure Office of SIX Exchange Regulation dated 29 June 2026, Jupiter Topco LLC was granted easing provisions from the obligation to disclose the direct shareholders according to Art. 120 para. 1 FinMIA in conjunction with Art. 11 let. b and Art. 22 para. 1 let. e and para. 3 FinMIO-FINMA when disclosing holdings according to Art. 18 para. 1 and 4 FinMIO-FINMA. However, regarding collective investment schemes authorized for offering in Switzerland, Art. 18 para. 2 let. a FinMIO-FINMA is applicable, meaning that the reporting requirements for each collective investment scheme that individually holds 3% or more of the voting rights have to be fulfilled. Any person shall, upon request and without proof of interest, receive information about the direct shareholders within the meaning of Art. 11 let. b and Art. 22 para. 1 let. e and para. 3 FinMIO-FINMA. Such requests have to be addressed via e-mail to the Disclosure Office: disclosure-office@sixgroup.com. The information will be provided within five trading days from receipt of the relevant request by Jupiter Topco LLC. The information will be provided in electronic format with a reference date not older than one month. The easing provisions are granted until 7 March 2028.
