Pursuant to a request from FINMA dated 29 June 2026, and for the sake of transparency towards investors, it is clarified that the legal existence and extent of the acquisition rights referred to in the section "Derivative holdings, conversion and share purchase rights" are currently the subject of a dispute between Flow Enterprises SA and BFG Partners International Ltd. The number of shares used for the calculation of the positions outlined in this revised notice are those that applied on 19 December 2025.
