Crossing above 10% in voting rights (Section 4.1 and 4.2); In the recommendation of 14th July 2025, the Disclosure Office has exempted UBS Group AG with regard to equity securities in DocMorris AG from the reporting obligation pursuant to Art. 16 para. 2 in conjunction with Art. 22 para. 3 FinMIO-FINMA in the event of the addition or discontinuation of group companies completely controlled by it as direct participants. Accordingly, disclosure reports with regard to equity securities to DocMorris AG are required only if reporting obligations arise for other reasons. The Disclosure Office has granted this relief for a limited period until 2 August 2027. Any person or issuer may, without proof of interest, request UBS Group AG to inform in writing and free of charge, about the current direct participants within a period of two trading days.
