With recommendations of the Disclosure Office dated 11 July 2017, 28 May 2020, 9 May 2023 and 1 June 2026 Wellington Management Group LLP was granted easing provisions from the obligation to disclose direct shareholders according to Art. 120 para. 1 FinMIA in conjunction with Art. 11 let. b and Art. 22 para. 1 let. e and para. 3 FinMIO-FINMA. However, regarding collective investment schemes authorized for public distribution in Switzerland, Art. 18 para. 2 let. a FinMIO-FINMA is applicable, meaning that the reporting requirements for each collective investment scheme that individually holds 3% or more of the voting rights have to be fulfilled. Any person shall, at her/his request and without proof of interest, receive information about the direct shareholders within the meaning of Art. 11 let. b and Art. 22 para. 1 let. e and para. 3 FinMIO-FINMA. Such request has to be addressed via email to the Disclosure Office: disclosureoffice@six-group.com. The information will be provided within five trading days from receipt of the relevant request by Wellington Management Group LLP. The information will be provided in electronic format with a reference date not older than one month. The easing provisions are granted until 11 July 2029.
