Correction of the notice published on 19 December 2025 in the wake of related communication with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The existence, scope and substance of the call options disclosed in the section “Derivative holdings, conversion and share purchase rights” concerning MindMaze shares are disputed between Flow Enterprises SA and BFG Partners International Ltd. Flow Enterprises SA is of the view that such call options have never been agreed upon between the parties, which was confirmed by the Geneva Court of First Instance in interim measures proceedings. The disclosure of the call options is made according to the disclosure notice of BFG Partners International Ltd. dated 16 July 2026, exclusively to enhance market transparency, without prejudice and without acknowledgement of any legal position or disclosure obligation. The number of voting rights used for the calculation of the positions included in this revised notice is the number that applied when the original notice was submitted.
