Change in the information subject to the obligation to notify. The mandate of Pure Capital S.A., Windhof, as alternative investment fund manager of STRATEGIC EQUITY FUND SCA SICAV-RAIF, including its sub-fund Renewable Energy, ended with effect from 6 September 2026. By notification dated 10 September 2026, published on 15 September 2026, Pure Capital S.A. reported that it no longer holds the voting rights as licence holder. As from 10 September 2026, STRATEGIC EQUITY FUND SCA SICAV-RAIF, as the legal entity itself within the meaning of Article 18 paragraph 3 FinMIO-FINMA, fulfils the notification duty in respect of the shares held through its sub-fund Renewable Energy and holds the voting rights attached to them. The number of shares held is unchanged. The percentage of voting rights is calculated on the share capital currently entered in the commercial register. The holding was previously reported under the name of Pure Capital S.A. as licence holder.
