(depending on share price development) at a
maximum price per share of CHF 1'000. The pre-
trading plan commences on 15 September 2026 and
ends on 20 March 2027 and may be implemented by
applying volatility trading strategies to
gradually accumulate PGHN-shares over the term of
the plan. The number of shares indicated under
"Total amount of rights" above has been calculated
by dividing the maximum investment amount by the
maximum purchase price per share; the actual
number of PGHN-shares to be purchased under the
pre-trading plan may differ from the number stated
under "Total amount of rights" above depending on
the actual purchase price paid per PGHN-share and
the actual investment amount.
