How to read Swiss insider disclosures

Two series, two depths

Management transactions have been published by SIX Exchange Regulation only since September 2023: the source keeps a rolling three years. Significant shareholdings go back to 26.01.1998.

So no transaction before 2023 does not mean nothing happened.

What a management purchase tells you

• The declared amount is in Swiss francs, with no conversion.
• The source publishes the person's function, never their name.
• A share grant is not a purchase: it reflects no investment decision.

Group filings

When several beneficial owners file a single disclosure, the voting-rights rate applies to the whole group, not to each person. That is why those filings appear as one grouped card in the register.
