Box 10630, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1006, Cayman Islands, declares that, ACM Equity Limited sold all hold shares of COMET Holding AG and has fallen below the 3% threshold with 0 registered shares due to this sale. ACM Equity Limited controls 100% of the voting rights of two Funds: - Absolute Octane Fund, c/o Ogier Fiduciary Service (Cayman) Ltd., P.O. Box 1234 GT, Queensgate House, South Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, which has fallen below the 3% threshold with 0 registered shares and 0% of the voting rights in COMET Holding AG. - Absolute Activist Value Fund Ltd., c/o Ogier Fiduciary Service (Cayman) Ltd., P.O. Box 1234 GT, Queensgate House, South Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, which has fallen below the 3% threshold with 0 registered shares and 0% of the voting rights in COMET Holding AG. ACM Equity Limited thus holds a total of 0% of the voting rights with 0 registered shares and, as indirect holder, controls 0% of the voting rights in the said funds. Absolute Capital Management Holdings Ltd., for its part, holds 0% of the voting rights in ACM Equity Limited.
