The shares in Castle Private Equity AG are owned by the following entities (each, a "Fund ): (i) Abrams Capital Partners I, LP., a Delaware limited partnership - 81,923 shares; (ii) Abrams Capital Partners II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership -1,035,704 shares; (iii) Whitecrest Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership - 86,301 shares; and (iv) Great Hollow International, L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership -128,528 shares. The principal place of business of each Fund is 222 Berkeley Street, 22nd Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. The address of the registered office of Great Hollow International, L.P. is M&C Corporate Services Limited, P.O. Box 309 GT, Ugland House, South Church Street, George Town, Cayman Islands. The investment manager of each Fund is Pamet Capital Management, LP ( Pamet LP"), a Delaware limited partnership. The general partner of Pamet LP is Pamet Capital Management, LLC ("Pamet LLC"), a Delaware limited liability company. David Abrams is the managing member of Pamet LLC and in such capacity, Mr. Abrams controls Pamet LLC. The principal place of business of Pamet LP and Pamet LLC is 222 Berkeley Street, 22nd Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. Pursuant to an investment management agreement between each Fund and Pamet LP, Pamet LP makes all investment decisions and exercises all voting rights on behalf of the Funds.
