Box 3186 Wickhams Cay, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, whose shares are 100% owned by Victor F. Vekselberg, Moscow, Russian Federation, and Zug, Switzerland. Liwet Holding AG is a 100% subsidiary of Berdwick Holdings Ltd., 1 Naousis Street, Karapatakis Building, 6018 Larnaca, Cyprus, which is a 100% subsidiary of Jollinson Limited, Nestonos 5 CY-6035 Larnaca, which is a 100% subsidiary of Renova Innovation Technologies Ltd., 2nd Terrace West Centreville, P.O. Box N-7755, Nassau, Bahamas, which is a 90% controlled subsidiary of Renova Holding Ltd, 2nd Terrace West Centreville, P.O. Box N-7755 Nassau, Bahamas.
