As a consequence of the termination of the voting agreement dated February 7, 2012 between Abrams LP and lronsides Partners LLC in accordance with its terms as per April12, 2012, the group reported in the filing of February 11, 2012 (date of publication) was dissolved and each group member's duty to individually disclose significant shareholdings pursuant to article 20 SES TA reinstated. The dissolution of the group was reported separately. The shares in Castle Private Equity AG are owned by the following entities (each, a "Fund ): (i) Abrams Capital Partners I, LP., a Delaware limited partnership - 537,324 shares; (ii) Abrams Capital Partners II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership 6,570,713 shares; (iii) Whitecrest Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership 867,218 shares; and (iv) Great Hollow International, L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership - 562,367 shares. The principal place of business of each Fund is 222 Berkeley Street, 22nd Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. The Investment manager of each Fund is Abrams Capital Management, L.P. ("Abrams LP"). The general partner of Abrams LP is Abrams Capital Management, LLC ( Abrams LLC ), a Delaware limited liability company. David Abrams is the managing member of Abrams LLC and, in such capacity, Mr. Abrams controls Abrams LLC. The principal place of business of Abrams LP and Abrams LLC is 222 Berkeley Street, 22nd Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. Pursuant to an investment management agreement between each Fund and Abrams LP, Abrams LP makes all investment decisions and exercises all voting rights on behalf of the Funds.
