All of the voting rights attached to the securities owned by the various investment funds in the Sparinvest Group and institutional clients has until now been placed with Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S, being the investment adviser of them all, in order for this company to exercise the voting rights on behalf of all funds and subfunds managed by a daughter company in the Sparinvest Group. As a result of a merger between Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S and ID-Sparinvest A/S the voting rights in Autoneum Holding AG, ISIN CH0127480363 are transferred from Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S to ID-Sparinvest A/S. Thus, the voting rights held by ID-Sparinvest A/S increases to 3.88%.
