Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited are a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva plc, as are Aviva Investors Global Services Limited (Registered Office: 1 Poultry, London, EC2R 8EJ, UK), who acquired the shares on behalf of Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited.
