This notification corrects the notification as per 16 May 2013 due to 52'939 shares having mistakenly been omitted Travel Retail Investment S.C.A., is controlled by Petrus PTE Ltd, which holds the majority of the shares in Travel Retail Investment S.C.A. and the majority of the shares in Travel Retail S.à.r.l., which is the general partner and sole manager of Travel Retail investment S.C.A. Petrus PTE Ltd, is held by the revocable The Bingo Trust; Mr. Andres Holzer Neumann is the settlor of The Bingo Trust and exercises indirect control over The Bingo Trust. Travel Retail Investment S.C.A. holds part of the shares and all financial instruments. Mr. Andres Holzer Neumann holds a number of shares directly. The remaining shares are directly held by (i) Petrus Pte., Ltd. (ii) Consorcio Metropolitano Inmobiliario, S.A. de C.V.; Inmobiliaria Coapa Larca, S.A. de C.V.; Holzer y Cia, S.A. de C.V.; Negocios Creativos, S.A. de C.V.; and Inmobiliaria Castellanos, SA de CV All of these companies are directly held by Grupo Industrial Omega S.A. de C.V., which is controlled by Mr. Andres Holzer Neumann.
