Box N-7755, Nassau, Bahamas ("RIG"), which is a 90% controlled sudsidiary of Renova Holding Ltd., 2nd Terrace West Centreville, P.O. Box N-7755, Nassau, Bahamas ("RHL"). The 100% shareholder of Renova Hodling is TZ Columbus Services Ltd.("TZ Columbus), Pasea Estate, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Island as trustee of the Columbus Trust, a trust established under the laws of Cayman Islands, whose ultimate beneficiary is Mr. Vekselberg. Liwet, Berdwick, Jollinson, RIT, RIG, RHL, TZ Columbus, Columbus Trust and Mr. Vekselberg are herein referred to as "Renova". Box 3186 Wickhams Cay, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, whose shares are 100% owned by Vekeselberg, Viktor F., Moscow, Russian Federation and Zug, Switzerland.
