The new registered ordinary share capital of THERAMetrics holding AG amounts to CHF 3'965'575.25, divided into 396'557'525 ordinary shares with a par value of CHF 0.01 each. Prinz Michael von Liechtenstein is the controlling shareholder of Stiftung PMSERV, c/o Industrie- und Finanzkontor Etablissement, Herrengasse 21, FL-9490 Vaduz. Stiftung PMSERV is the controlling shareholder of BIOPHARMA invest AG which is directly holding shares in THERAMetrics holding AG.
