The immediate parent of MFMHK is Macquarie Bank Limited, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Macquarie B.H. PTY Ltd. The ultimate parent company of Macquerie B.H. PTY Ltd is Macquarie Group Limited. The beneficial owners of the shares in Logitech International S.A. are ultimately the investors in the funds which are managed by DMBT and MFMHK.
