WHV has directed the sale of a significant number of shares of Weatherford to bring the aggregate ownership under management to less than 3% of shares outstanding. WHV Investment Management, Inc. (formerly known as Wentworth, Hauser and Violich, Inc.) ("WHV") is an investment adviser that manages institutional and retail client assets. WHV is not the beneficial owner of the shares but the investment adviser of clients who are beneficial owners of the shares.
