The voting rights attached to the securities owned by the various investment funds in, and institutional clients of, the Sparinvest Group have until now been placed with ID-Sparinvest A/S, being the investment advisor of all the funds, in order for this company to exercise the voting rights on behalf of them. As a result of a merger between ID-Sparinvest A/S and another group affiliate, Sparinvest S.A., on the 7th of May 2014, the voting rights in Micronas Semiconductor Holding, ISIN: CH0012337421, are transferred from ID-Sparinvest A/S to Sparinvest S.A. which through its Danish branch, ID-Sparinvest, Filial af Sparinvest S.A., Luxembourg, will carry out the administration and investment advisory services for the funds and discretionary mandates in the Sparinvest Group after the merger. Sparinvest S.A. is a 100% subsidiary of Sparinvest Holdings SE. Thus, the voting rights held by Sparinvest S.A. and exercised by its branch ID-Sparinvest, Filial af Sparinvest S.A., Luxembourg increase to 5.33%, the voting rights held by ID Sparinvest A/S decrease to 0.00%.
