This reflects FPA s aggregate position on behalf of clients accounts for which the firm exercises voting authority as of September 29, 2014, and includes all purchases as of the time of this filing. The purchases that resulted in the obligation to notify occurred on September 16, 2014, whereby FPA acquired, on behalf of its clients, 3.04% of voting rights (1,041,299 shares). First Pacific Advisors, LLC ( FPA ) is an independent investment management registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. For purposes of this disclosure, FPA is reporting the aggregate position on behalf of its client accounts, each of which is the underlying beneficial owner and where FPA is to entitled to exercise the voting rights in its own discretion. We note that one such account, FPA Crescent Fund, which is an affiliated U.S. registered investment company (mutual fund), has itself crossed the 3% threshold and we have submitted a separate report on behalf of that Fund.
