Morgan Securities plc (as global coordinator), UBS AG (as joint lead manager), Cowen and Company, LLC (as co-manager) and Bank am Bellevue AG (as co-manager). Molecular Partners Ltd. holds 279,440 treasury shares which are subject to the lock-up undertaking.
