The sole shareholder of Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. is Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. The majority shareholder of Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. is Maidenhead LLC. The only other shareholder of Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l. is Warrington LLC. The sole member of Warrington LLC is Elliott Associates, L.P. The general partners of Elliott Associates, L.P. are (i) Paul E. Singer, (ii) Elliott Capital Advisors, L.P., and (iii) Elliott Special GP, LLC. The general partners of Elliott Capital Advisors, L.P. are (i) Paul E. Singer, (ii) Braxton Associates, Inc., of which Paul E.
