Box N-10567, Nassau, Bahamas ("RIGL"), which is a 90%-controlled subsidiary of Renova Value Ltd., Helvetic Management Services Ltd., P.O. Box N-10567, Nassau, Bahamas ("Renova Value"), which is a 100%-subsidiary of Renova Holding Ltd., 2nd Terrace West, Centreville, P.O. Box N-7755, Nassau, Bahamas ("RHL"). MKB is a subsidiary of Winterlux Limited ("Winterlux")controlled by 99.999% Naousis, 1, KARAPATAKIS BUILDING, P.C. 6018, Larnaca, Cyprus and OJSC "KUMZ" and other minority shareholders holding 0.001%, which is a 100%-subsidiary of Mendo Portfolio Corp. of 33 Porter Road, P.O. Box 3169, PMB103, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, which is a 100%-subsidiary of Renova Assets Ltd. Helvetic Management Services Ltd., P.O. Box N-10567, which is a 90%-subsidiary of RHL. The 100% shareholder of RHL is TZ Columbus Services Ltd. ("TZ Columbus"), Morgan & Morgan Building, Pasea Estate, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Island as trustee of the Columbus Trust, a trust established under the laws of Cayman Islands, whose ultimate beneficiary is Mr. Vekselberg. Lamesa Holding is a 100% subsidiary of Lamesa Group Holding S.A., Paseo del Mar and Pacific Avenues, Costa del Este, MMG Tower, 23rd floor, Panama City, Republic of Panama, a 100% subsidiary of Lamesa Foundation, MMG Tower, 23rd Floor, Avenida del Pacifico with Avenida Paseo del Mar, Costa del Este, Panama City, Republic of Panama, whose beneficiary is Lamesa Group Inc., 33 Porter Road, P.O. Box 3169 PMB 103, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, whose shares are 100% owned by Mr. Vekselberg.
