Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund

Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund (the Fund ) is the legal and beneficial owner of the interest referred to in Section II of this form. The Fund has granted an investment management mandate to OppenheimerFunds, Inc., Two World Financial Center, 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10281, USA. Under the terms of the investment management mandate, OppenheimerFunds, Inc. has the power to exercise the voting rights attaching to the shares of Tecan Group AG (the Company ) owned by the Fund (Article 9 para. 2 SESTO-FINMA). OppenheimerFunds, Inc. is a subsidiary of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company ( MassMutual ), 1295 State Street, Springfield, MA 01111, USA. Part of the interest in the Company referred to in this form is included in the notice of significant interest in the Company previously filed by MassMutual in its capacity as the parent of various investment management companies (see the notice of significant interest of MassMutual dated February 18, 2015).
