with effect 2 June 2015 some 98,455 shares have been TRANSFERRED from lastminute.com account to the Sealine one. In total, the Group owns 478,475 shares. Sealine Investments LP is a newly established subsidiary 100% controlled by lastminute.com NV entitled to purchase lastminute.com shares as per Board Resolution under the limits imposed by buyback rules. After AGM approval, the company is entitled to buy shares from lastminute.com and the Group is entitled to transfer such treasury shares from the lastminute.com custody account to the Sealine one.
