Acquisition by Public Sector Pension Investment Board of 1,937,329 issue rights to subscribe for new ordinary shares in Dufry AG from existing shareholders in connection with a share capital increase of up to 23,446,400 new shares. According to subscription ratio under the terms of the capital increase, eight issue rights will grant to the holder thereof the right to purchase five shares in Dufry AG. The 1,937,329 rights acquired by Public Sector Pension Investment Board together with 8,224 rights issued to Public Sector Pension Investment Board for shares that Public Sector Pension Investment Board already holds (hence 1,945,553 rights in the aggregate) correspond to 1,215,970 new ordinary shares in Dufry AG.
