Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ameriprise International Holdings GmbH, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of the ultimate parent undertaking, Ameriprise Financial, Inc. Threadneedle Asset Management Limited has voting control of all shares declared in this disclosure.
