Morgan Securities plc (as global coordinator), UBS AG (as joint lead manager and together with J.P. Morgan Securities, the "Joint Bookrunners"), Cowen and Company, LLC (as co-manager) and Bank am Bellevue AG (as co-manager). BB Biotech Ventures GP (Guernsey) Limited holds its shareholding through BB Biotech Ventures II L.P., BB Biotech Ventures GP (Guernsey) Limited is the general partner of BB Biotech Ventures II LP and manages and controls the voting rights.
