End of lock-up period on August 4, 2015 pursuant to the underwriting agreement dated October 7, 2014, between Molecular Partners Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc (as global coordinator), UBS AG (as joint lead manager and together with J.P. Morgan Securities, the "Joint Bookrunners"), Cowen and Company, LLC (as co-manager) and Bank am Bellevue AG (as co-manager). Index Ventures Associates IV Limited is the general partner of Index Venture IV (Jersey), L.P. and Index Ventures IV Parallel Entrepreneur Fund (Jersey), L.P. Yucca (Jersey) SLP is the nominee shareholder for participants in the Index co-investment scheme that is contractually required to mirror the Index Funds' investement. Index Ventures Associates IV Limited manages and controls the voting rights of the direct shareholders.
