Purchase of shares on 14 September 2015 resulting in total shares exceeding 3% GoS beneficially owns additional shares in Dufry AG (direct holder: Purple Green Investment Pte. Ltd.) which form part of a lock-up group comprising GoS, Qatar Holding LLC and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (last publication: 8 July 2015). The present notification only relates to shares held outside the lock-up group. The shares are held through two companies which are both owned (directly and indirectly) by the Government of Singapore ("GoS"): GIC Private Limited ("GIC") and Purple Green Investment Pte. Ltd. GIC is wholly owned by the GoS and manages the reserves of Singapore. GIC acts as the fund manager for GoS and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Purple Green Investment Pte. Ltd. is an investment holding company wholly owned by GIC Blue Holdings Pte. Ltd., which in turn is wholly owned by GIC (Ventures) Pte. Ltd., which in turn is wholly owned by the GoS. Purple Green Investment Pte. Ltd. is managed by GIC Private Limited.
