Temasek Holdings Private Limited

Certain holdings of shares of Dufry AG of which Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited is the beneficial owner (direct holder: Kinder Investments Pte. Ltd.) were the object of separate disclosure notifications by a lock-up group comprising the Government of Singapore, Qatar Holding LLC, and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited and existing from 27 March 2015 until 22 December 2015. After the dissolution of the lock-up group due to the expiry of the lock-up undertaking (cf. the separate notification as of the date hereof), such shares are now aggregated with other shares held by Kinder Investments Pte. Ltd (last disclosed on 16 July 2015) and disclosed in one and the same notification. Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited is owned by the Minister for Finance of the Republic of Singapore. Kinder Investments Pte. Ltd. is wholly owned by Tembusu Capital Pte. Ltd., which in turn is wholly owned by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
