The purchase positions of the respective shareholder or group of shareholders (as applicable) which arose on December 1, 2015, as a result of such shareholder or group of shareholder having undertaken to exchange shares in Kuros Biosurgery Holding AG against New Shares at the closing of the Combination, which have been disclosed via the database maintained by SIX Swiss Exchange, have lapsed as a result of the Combination. Innovation Capital SAS is the management company of Science & Innovation 2001 FPCI - Compartiment A (S&I A) and Science & Innovation 2001 FPCI - Compartiment B (S&I B), two multi-investor funds, and is authorized to exercise the voting rights in the shares held by S&I A and S&I B, respectively, at its free discretion. The beneficial owner of the shares in Innovation Capital SAS is the Caisse des dépots et consignations, Paris, France, an entity established by the French Republic. S&I A holds 23,569,243 Shares (4.6%). S&I B holds less than 3% of the Shares.
