On 16 June 2016, Mr Keusseoglou, Monaco, commited to purchase new Shares, that are expected to be issued by the issuer in a proposed capital increase, in the amount of up to CHF 3,000,000. The disclosed number of shares assumes that the annual shareholders meeting on 22 June 2016 approves the capital increase, that the issued shares will be issued at an issue price of CHF 0.43 per issued share (although the acutal issue price may be different) and that a sufficient number of new shares can be allocated to Mr Keusseoglou in connection with the capital increase, which depends on the number of pre-emptive subscription rights exercised by the holders of existing shares. Provided that these conditions are met, the disclosed number of shares is expected to be delivered to Mr Keusseoglou on 6 July 2016.
