On 16 June 2016, Artemis Alpha Trust plc commited to purchase new shares, that are expected to be issued by the issuer in a proposed capital increase, in the amount of up to CHF 2,000,000. On 22 June 2016, the board of directors of the issuer set the issue price per new share at CHF 0.34. The disclosed number of shares assumes that a sufficient number of new shares can be allocated to Artemis Alpha Trust plc in connection with the capital increase, which depends on the number of pre-emptive subscription rights exercised by the holders of existing shares. Provided that this condition is met, the disclosed number of shares is expected to be delivered to Artemis Alpha Trust plc on 6 July 2016. The voting rights of Artemis Alpha Trust plc are managed and controlled by Artemis Investment Management LLP, London, United Kingdom.
