GEM Global Yield Fund LLC SCS's reporting obligation was triggered by the obligation pursuant to the recommendation of SIX Exchange Regulation of March 29, 2016 to update the disclosure of GEM Global Yield Fund LLC SCS's purchase position with respect to registered shares, par value CHF 0.05 each, of WISeKey International Holding Ltd ("Class B Shares") at the end of each month if the average closing price of the Class B Shares quoted on the SIX Swiss Exchange during the preceding month deviated 50% or more from the last disclosed subscription price of the share subscription facility agreement between WISeKey International Holding Ltd, GEM Global Yield Fund LLC SCS and GEM Investments America, LLC. The current disclosure is an update to and replaces the disclosure on the SIX Swiss Exchange disclosure platform of May 6, 2016.
