The entire share capital of Innovation Capital (management company of the 2 FPCI) has been sold by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations to LBO France Gestion LBO France Gestion SAS, Paris, France is the management company of Science & Innovation 2001 FPCI Compartiment A (S&I A) and Science & Innovation 2001 FPCI Compartiment B (S&I B), two multi-investor funds, and is authorized to exercise the voting rights in the shares held by S&I A and S&I B, respectively, at its free discretion. The beneficial owner of the shares is LBO France Gestion SAS, Paris, France, a private company approved by the French securities regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), as an asset management firm on 27 February 1998 under no.
