Castle Alternative Invest AG announces that the cancellation of 932,435 own shares which was approved at the 11 May 2017 general meeting of shareholders was registered by the commercial register on 4 August 2017. With regards to the listing of the company s shares at the SIX Swiss Exchange, the cancellation becomes effective as of 11 August 2017 (date of exchange adjustment). From then on, the issued share capital of the company will amount to 8,721,297 registered shares with a par value of CHF 5 each.
