Equity collar transaction which includes sales positions related to 4,309,735 shares in the context of the transaction published on April 26, 2017 (additional to the sales position related to 2,549,046 shares published on May 27, 2017). The only donor of Hainan Province Cihang Foundation is the Hainan Airlines Company Limited Employees Union Committee, Haikou, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China. Hongkong Huihaisheng Investment Co. Limited and Success Horizon Limited are indirectly fully owned by HNA Group Co., Ltd., Haikou, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China, which in turn is indirectly controlled by Hainan Province Cihang Foundation.
