None of the Funds have reached or exceeded the 3% threshold. No investor in the Funds, neither legally nor factually, can give instructions with respect to a specific investment or influence voting. Black Creek Investment Management Inc. ("Black Creek"), at the address of 1200-123 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2M2, Canada, is the portfolio advisor for the Funds. As per an investment advisory agreement between CI and Black Creek, Black Creek is responsible for making discretionary investment decisions on behalf of the Funds and is authorized to exercise the voting rights for the securities held in the Funds at its own discretion.
