Amendment and restatement of existing equity collar transaction which includes sales positions related to (i) 2,549,046 shares in the context of the transaction published on 27 May 2017; (ii) equity collar transaction which includes sales positions related to 4,309,735 shares in the context of the transaction published on 26 April 2017 and 21 August 2017; (iii) equity collar transaction which includes sales positions related to 4,408,890 shares 20 December 2017. The only donor of Hainan Province Cihang Foundation is the Hainan Airlines Company Limited Employees Union Committee, Haikou, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China. Hong Kong Huihaisheng Investment Co. Limited and Success Horizon Limited are indirectly fully owned by HNA Group Co., Ltd., Haikou, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China, which in turn is indirectly controlled by Hainan Province Cihang Foundation.
