Pursuant to the agreement with RSAM, SMDAM delegates all of its investment discretion (including exercising voting rights) to RSAM (RobecoSAM AG). "CBJ" in its function as the trustee for Global EV Revolution Mother Fund, a Japan-domiciled investment trust formed by Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management Company, Limited.
