KG, Hamburg, Germany; Zürcher Kantonalbank, Zurich, Switzerland; and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt, Germany) under the underwriting agreement. The greenshoe option is exempt from the lock-up agreement of Montana Tech Components AG with the same parties (see simultaneously published disclosure notification regarding the lock-up agreement). Dr. Michael Tojner is the ultimate beneficial owner of Montana Tech Components AG.
