The shares referred to in this disclosure notice are subject to an escrow with transfer of title in the shares to Bratschi Notariat Bern KLG. The transfer by Talenthouse GmbH, Vienna, Austria, to Bratschi Notariat Bern KLG was executed on 24 June 2021. Under the escrow Talenthouse GmbH is entitled to sell the shares to be held in escrow and substitute them with the consideration from such sales. Due to the capital increase published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on 28 June 2021, the purchase positions disclosed with the notification of 30 June 2021 fell below the 10% threshold.
