The option to receive ordinary shares of CHF 0.10 nominal value up to a value of USD 23,000,000 was granted in connection with a share deal and outstanding payment obligations thereunder, subject to certain conditions. The notified purchase positions are not subject to the lock- up group disclosed with notification published on 2 June 2021 and neither to the lock-up group disclosed with a notification submitted on 6 April 2022.
