Mobimo Holding AG

With disclosure notice dated July 28, 2009 Mobimo Holding AG, JJM Holding SA and LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A. have notified being a group acting in concert with regard to the voluntary public offer of Mobimo according to the pre-announcement of Mobimo published online on July 23, 2009 and in the NZZ and Le Temps on July 27. On July 31, 2008 JJM Holding SA has established a new company named JJM Participations SA. JJM Holding SA has subscribed all shares of JJM Participations SA and transferred all its 42'846 shares of LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A. to JJM Participations SA as a contribution in kind. JJM Holding SA holds 11'216 JJM Participations SA shares representing 100% of the voting and capital rights of JJM Participations SA. According to the transaction agreement concluded between Mobimo Holding and JJM Holding SA dated July 22, 2009, JJM Participations SA will become a party of this transaction agreement. Therefore JJM Participations SA will become a new member of the group, immediately after registration of JJM Participations SA in the commercial register. The group holds the following participation in LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A. Mobimo Holding AG: 26'106 shares representing 21.8% of the voting and capital rights (as per the disclosure notification dated [July 24, 2009]) JJM Participations SA: 42'846 shares representing 35.7% of the voting and capital rights LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A.: 500 treasury shares representing 0.4% of the capital rights JJM Holding SA 0 shares In total: 69'452 representing 57.9% of the voting rights and 57.9% of the capital rights
