With disclosure notice dated August 5, 2009 Mobimo Holding AG, JJM Holding SA, LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A. and JJM Participations SA have notified being a group acting in concert with regard to the voluntary public offer of Mobimo according to the pre-announcement of Mobimo published online on July 23, 2009 and in the NZZ and Le Temps on July 27. On August 20, JJM Holding SA General Assembly has approved the distribution of JJM Participations SA to the shareholders of JJM Holding SA as dividend in kind. JJM Holding SA does not hold share in JJM Participations SA any more and therefore is not member of a group according to Art. 10 and 21 SESTO-FINMA. The group holds the following participation in LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A.: Mobimo Holding AG: 26'106 shares representing 21.8% of the voting and capital rights (as per the disclosure notification dated [July 24, 2009]) JJM Participations SA: 42'846 shares representing 35.7% of the voting and capital rights LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A.: 500 treasury shares representing 0.4% of the capital rights In total: 69'452 representing 57.9% of the voting rights and 57.9% of the capital rights.
